August 22, 2011 — Our New Classroom is Open!

Construction is complete and the new classroom is open. For the past three years I have had so much demand for my Preschool program that I have finally decided to expand and add a second classroom and teacher, Miss Traci.

My structure and philosophy for how I run my program has not changed. Each of the two classrooms will be limited to 10 children and will interact with both teachers throughout each session.

Tiny Sluggers T-ball Sponsor — Sugar Grove Park District

Congratulations to all the Tiny Sluggers 2011 teams for a great season. Come watch them again next year as all of the Preschoolers play just like the big guys when they play in the introductory t-ball program, May through June.

Games are played at Volunteer Park on Saturdays 9 – 9:45 and 10 – 10:45

Internet and Computer Learning

• We now have three brand new computers and learning stations for the children
  to use for learning and exploration.
  
  In addition to educational games and basic computer skills, your child has the ability to use safe internet sites at school and home. Some of the sites we use and recommend are:

  — Noggin
  — PBS Kids
  — Sesame Street

• SING, SIGN, LEARN, AND PLAY
  This is a fun and interactive learning session promoted through music. Each session teaches preschool aged children (2–6) fun, energetic songs through singing, sign language and movement. Classes are offered at:

  — Sugar Grove Park District
